Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once orders have been processed and shipped.
However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a major issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and we will review the issue.
We aim to provide high-quality products and will always work to resolve genuine problems fairly.
Please note:
• Shipping delays caused by couriers are outside our control
• Minor cosmetic differences may occur between product photos and final items
• Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started
